The pan lets you prepare Thai, basmati, brown, wild rice etc. or grains such as quinoa, bulgur wheat and millet. Check that your rice is well spread out over the entire surface of the pan to ensure even and tender cooking. After washing the pan, we recommend coating the entire inner surface of the pan with a little oil before the next use to preserve the non-stick properties of the coating. The colour of the pan's surface may change after the first use or after a long period of use. This change in colour is due to the action of the steam and water. It does not effect use of the rice cooker and is not a danger to health. You can continue to use the system safely.
