  • Groundnut oil (1 tbsp – 2 people) (2 tbsp – 4 people) (2 tbsp – 6 people)
  • Beef stir fry strips (300g – 2 people) (600g – 4 people) (900g – 6 people)
  • Long red chilli, deseeded & chopped (1 – 2 people) (2 – 4 people) (2 – 6 people)
  • Teriyaki marinade sauce (2 tbsp – 2 people) (60ml – 4 people) (90ml – 6 people)
  • Trimmed sliced pak choy (150g – 2 people) (300g – 4 people) (400g – 6 people)
  • Water (50ml – 2 people) (100ml – 4 people) (150ml – 6 people)

Preparation

2 people = 10 min preparation and 2 min cooking time

4 people = 10 min preparation and 2 min cooking time

6 people = 10 min preparation and 2 min cooking time

Cooking pressure = high

Add oil.

Brown beef for 2 minutes.

Add chilli, marinade, pak choy and water. Stir well to combine.

Thicken with cornflour, if desired. SEASON TO TASTE AND SERVE!
