  • Peeled chopped butternut squash (325g – 2 people) (675g – 4 people) (1kg – 6 people)
  • Peeled diced (1cm) potato (75g – 2 people) (125g – 4 people) (200g – 6 people)
  • Vegetable stock (325ml – 2 people) (675ml – 4 people) (1l – 6 people)

Preparation

2 people = 10 min preparation and 15 min cooking time

4 people = 10 min preparation and 15 min cooking time

6 people = 10 min preparation and 15 min cooking time

Cooking pressure = high

Add oil.

Cook onion and garlic for 2 minutes.

Add remaining ingredients. Stir well to combine.

Purée in a blender. SEASON TO TASTE AND SERVE !
