  • Chopped onion (100g – 2 people) (200g – 4 people) (300g – 6 people)

  • Hot chilli powder (adjust to your taste) (1 tsp – 2 people) (2 tsp – 4 people) (3 tsp – 6 people)
  • Ground cumin (1 tsp – 2 people) (1 tsp – 4 people) (3 tsp – 6 people)
  • Crumbled beef stock cube (1 – 2 people) (11/2 – 4 people) (2 – 6 people)
  • Red wine (100ml – 2 people) (200ml – 4 people) (300ml – 6 people)
  • Tomato puree (2 tsp – 2 people) (11/2 tbsp – 4 people) (2 tbsp – 6 people)

Cooking pressure = low

Add minced beef, chopped onion and garlic. Brown minced beef, onion and garlic until meat is coloured on the outside. Break down any lumps of meat with a spatula.

Add remaining ingredients. Stir well to combine.

SEASON TO TASTE AND SERVE WITH WHITE RICE.
