  • Plain chococlate chunks (25g – 2 people) (50g – 4 people) (75g – 6 people)
  • Eggs (2 – 2 people) (4 – 4 people) (4 – 6 people)
  • Single cream (150ml – 2 people) (250ml – 4 people) (325ml – 6 people)
  • Caster sugar (50g – 2 people) (75g – 4 people) (100g – 6 people)
  • Vanilla extract (1 tsp – 2 people) (11/2 tsp – 4 people) (2 tsp – 6 people)
  • Ovenproof souffle dish (18cm – 2 people) (18cm – 4 people) (18cm – 6 people)

Preparation

2 people = 5 min preparation and 25 min cooking time

4 people = 5 min preparation and 35 min cooking time

6 people = 5 min preparation and 50 min cooking time

Cooking pressure = low

Add croissant pieces and chocolate chunks to buttered ovenproof souffle dish. Mix.

In a mixing bowl, whisk all the remaining ingredients. Pour into souffle dish. Cover with foil. Secure with string.

Put dish into the steaming basket with 450 ml water in the bowl.
