  • Halved raw fresh king prawns (75g – 2 people) (150g – 4 people) (270g – 6 people)
  • Sliced small cup mushrooms (60g – 2 people) (125g – 4 people) (175g – 6 people)
  • Fish stock (50ml – 2 people) (100ml – 4 people) (150ml – 6 people)
  • Double cream (50ml – 2 people) (75ml – 4 people) (100ml – 6 people)
  • Chopped fresh parsley (1 tbsp – 2 people) (2 tbsp – 4 people) (3 tbsp – 6 people)
  • Salt & Pepper (pinch – 2 people) (pinch – 4 people) (pinch – 6 people)

Preparation

2 people = 10 min preparation and 5 min cooking time

4 people = 10 min preparation and 5 min cooking time

6 people = 10 min preparation and 5 min cooking time

Cooking pressure = low

Add ingredients to the bowl except parsley. For 6 people, cook 3 fillets at a time with half of the other ingredients.

REMOVE FISH. STIR IN PARSLEY AND THICKEN. SERVE!
