  • Smoked diced bacon pieces or lardons (75g – 2 people) (100g – 4 people) (150g – 6 people)

  • Sliced cup mushrooms (50g – 2 people) (100g – 4 people) (150g – 6 people)
  • Chicken stock (100ml – 2 people) (200ml – 4 people) (300ml – 6 people)
  • Red wine (100ml – 2 people) (100ml – 4 people) (250ml – 6 people)
  • Tomato puree (1 tbsp – 2 people) (2 tbsp – 4 people) (3 tbsp – 6 people)
  • Dried mixed herbs (½ tbsp – 2 people) (1 tsp – 4 people) (11/2 tsp – 6 people)

Preparation

4 people = 15 min preparation and 15 min cooking time

6 people = 15 min preparation and 15 min cooking time

Cooking pressure = low

Add oil.

Brown chicken in batches. Set aside on a plate. Add bacon, onions and carrots. Brown for 3-4 minutes.

Add browned chicken and remaining ingredients. Stir well.

Thicken with cornflour. SEASON TO TASTE AND SERVE!
