  • Lamb leg roast (600g – 2 people) (1kg – 4 people) (1.2kg – 6 people)
  • Crushed garlic cloves (1 – 2 people) (1 – 4 people) (2 – 6 people)
  • Lemon juice (2 tbsp – 2 people) (60ml – 4 people) (90ml – 6 people)
  • Peeled thinly sliced onion (100g – 2 people) (150g – 4 people) (200g – 6 people)
  • Dried oregano leaves (½ tsp – 2 people) (1 tsp – 4 people) (1.5 tsp – 6 people)
  • Chicken stock (200ml – 2 people) (300ml – 4 people) (400ml – 6 people)

Preparation

2 people = 10 min preparation and 30 min cooking time

4 people = 10 min preparation and 40 min cooking time

6 people = 10 min preparation and 50 min cooking time

Cooking pressure = high

Add lamb and a small amount of oil. Brown on all sides.

Add remaining ingredients. Stir well to combine.
