Ingredients

  • Salmon fillets skin off (200 g) (2 – 2 people) (4 – 4 people) (6 – 6 people)
  • Sweet chilli sauce (2 tbsp – 2 people) (80ml – 4 people) (100ml – 6 people)
  • Lime juice (2 tsp – 2 people) (1 tbsp – 4 people) (11/2 tbsp – 6 people)
  • Chopped coriander (2 tsp – 2 people) (1 tbsp – 4 people) (11/2 tbsp – 6 people)

Cooking pressure = high

Combine sweet chilli sauce, lime juice and coriander in a separate bowl.

Place 300ml water in the bowl. Place 2 or 3 fillets in steamer basket lined with baking paper. Drizzle over some of the sauce.

Serve with remaining sauce SEASON TO TASTE AND SERVE!
