With an all-new design and 200W of added power, the modern Blendforce II blender brings both style and high-performance blending to the kitchen. Powered by a durable 600W motor, four stainless-steel blades combine with a close-fitting, tapered jug to provide optimum blending without chunks. This heavy-duty blender blends, purees and even crushes ice in an instant – and all without any damage to the plastic jug. The built-in Air Cooling System ensures a constant flow of air to prevent overheating, while four suction feet keep the blender stable, no matter how tough the ingredients. Plus, it’s incredibly straightforward to use: just two speeds, plus pulse, on the easy-grip rotary dial allow you to blend a variety of ingredients to your desired consistency. The generous 2L jug (1.25L working capacity) makes enough for all the family, while the ergonomic handle allows for comfortable serving. Cleaning is quick and easy too, since the blades, jug and lid are all removable and dishwasher safe. There’s also a Secure Lock System that shows if the jug is locked securely onto the base – and stops the blender from running if it’s not. And, should you forget an ingredient, don’t panic: the lid has a handy filling hole for adding ingredients safely and easily when the blender is in use.
Optimum blending: A 600W motor, four robust stainless-steel blades and a tapered jug shape combine for efficient blending without chunks, every time. It even crushes ice with ease.
Cool running: The built-in Air Cooling System optimises airflow through the motor to keep things cool, prevent overheating and extend the life of your blender.
Solid performance: Four suction feet keep Blendforce II stable on your worktop, no matter how tough the ingredients.
Easy to use: With a two-speed (plus pulse) rotary dial for custom blending, 1.25L capacity for big batches, ergonomic handle for comfort, and dishwasher-safe, removable parts for easy cleaning.
Safe: The Secure Lock System shows you when the jug is locked securely onto the base, while the smart lid with filling hole lets you add ingredients safely and easily when the blender is in use.

Before using it for the first time, we recommend that you wash all the blender accessories in hot soapy water, taking care not to injure yourself with the blades, which are extremely sharp. It is not necessary to wash the body of the blender before use.
To clean the body of the appliance, first of all unplug it and then wipe it with a damp cloth. To clean the bowl, use soapy water or washing-up liquid. Some bowls are dishwasher safe, see instructions for use.
The appliance may not be on a flat, stable surface, the appliance is not stable (foot missing, etc.). The volume of ingredients to be blended is too high, reduce the quantity of ingredients. If the vibrations persist, contact an approved repair centre.
Leak through lid (overflow): • The volume of ingredients is too high, do not exceed the maximum filling level for the bowl as stated in the instructions for use. • The lid is not correctly positioned, lock it securely on the mixer bowl. If the lid has a seal, check its condition and change it if necessary.
Leak from the bottom of the bowl: • Your appliance does not have a removable blade unit: the seal on your blade unit may be damaged, have it checked by an approved repair centre. • If your appliance has a removable blade unit: check it is positioned correctly on the jug. You need to ensure that the black notches on the blade unit are fitted fully into the equivalent recesses on the base of the jug – this will be apparent if you cannot turn the blade unit any further and if you turn the jug upside down you should not be able to see any gaps between the jug and the blade unit.
• Check that the gasket/seal is positioned the correct way around on the blade unit - the 3 folds of the gasket/seal must be visible once it is in place. If it is positioned in the other direction, you will not be able to lock the blade unit on the jug.
• Check the condition of the seal/gasket and change it if necessary. • Check that your bowl is not split or broken as a result of impact. If the leak persists, take the appliance to an approved repair centre.
After following the instructions in the user manual for starting the appliance, make sure that your electrical socket is working by plugging another appliance. If it still does not work, do not try to dismantle or repair the appliance yourself and take it to an approved repair centre.
