  • Lean beef mince (300g – 2 people) (600g – 4 people) (900g – 6 people)
  • Fresh white breadcrumbs (20g – 2 people) (40g – 4 people) (60g – 6 people)
  • Beaten egg (1/2 – 2 people) (1 – 4 people) (11/2 – 6 people)
  • Finely chopped onion (50g – 2 people) (100g – 4 people) (150g – 6 people)
  • Dried mixed herbs (¾ tsp – 2 people) (11/2 tsp – 4 people) (2 tsp – 6 people)
  • Sunflower oil (1 tbsp – 2 people) (11/2 tbsp – 4 people) (2 tbsp – 6 people)
  • Bolonnaise pasta sauce (jar) (250g – 2 people) (500g – 4 people) (750g – 6 people)
  • Crushed garlic cloves (1 – 2 people) (2 – 4 people) (3 – 6 people)
  • Sugar (½ tsp – 2 people) (1 tsp – 4 people) (11/2 tsp – 6 people)
  • Water (100ml – 2 people) (200ml – 4 people) (300ml – 6 people)

6 people = 15 min preparation and 3 min cooking time

Cooking pressure = low

Combine beef, breadcrumbs, egg, onion and herbs. Roll mixture into small balls. Add oil.

Brown meatballs in batches. Wipe out bowl with paper towel.

Add pasta sauce, garlic, sugar and water. Stir well to combine. Return meatballs to bowl.

Thicken sauce if desired. SEASON TO TASTE AND SERVE!
