Ingredients

  • 1 chicken (1.2 to 1.4 kg)
  • 3 garlic cloves
  • 3 shallots
  • 4 rainbow carrots
  • Thyme
  • water
  • 1 tablespoon of olive oil
  • 10 g butter
  • salt and pepper

Preparation

Preheat the oven to 200°C.

Peel the shallots.

Peel and cut the carrots into rounds.

In the pressure cooker, heat the oil, add the butter and brown the chicken all over.

Add the garlic, the carrots, sprinkle with thyme, season with salt and pepper.

Add a glass of water and put the lid on.

Bake for 45 minutes. Remove the lid 10 minutes before the end of cooking to allow the chicken to brown.
