  • 80 g bacon
  • 3 whole eggs
  • 160 ml whipping cream
  • 1 tablespoon of milk
  • 50 g grated Comté
  • salt and pepper
  • 1 pinch of nutmeg
  • 6 cherry tomatoes


Preheat the oven to 200°C.

Fry the bacon in a frying pan. Divide the bacon between the mini casserole tins.

Crack the eggs in a bowl.

Add the milk and cream, season with salt and pepper and a pinch of ground nutmeg, whisk.

Add the Comté and pour the mixture over the bacon.

Add the cherry tomatoes and bake for 20 minutes.

Serve the quiches with a salad
