  • Good quality pork sausages (75% meat content) (4 – 2 people) (8 – 4 people) (12 – 6 people)
  • Chopped onion (50g – 2 people) (100g – 4 people) (150g – 6 people)
  • Diced (1 cm) red pepper (50g – 2 people) (100g – 4 people) (150g – 6 people)
  • Canned mixed bean mix (rinsed and drained) (200g – 2 people) (400g – 4 people) (600g – 6 people)
  • Canned chopped tomatoes (200g – 2 people) (400g – 4 people) (600g – 6 people)
  • Diced (1 cm) carrot (50g – 2 people) (100g – 4 people) (150g – 6 people)
  • Sprig of fresh thyme (1 – 2 people) (2 – 4 people) (2 – 6 people)
  • Sprig of fresh rosemary (1 – 2 people) (2 – 4 people) (2 – 6 people)
  • Red wine (100ml – 2 people) (150ml – 4 people) (225ml – 6 people)
  • Sugar (½ tsp – 2 people) (1 tsp – 4 people) (11/4 tsp – 6 people)

Preparation

2 people = 10 min preparation and 6 min cooking time

4 people = 10 min preparation and 9 min cooking time

6 people = 10 min preparation and 9 min cooking time

Cooking pressure = high

Add sunflower oil.

Brown sausages (in batches if necessary). Remove sausages and cook onion to soften.

Return sausages to pan. Add remaining ingredients. Stir well to combine.

Remove herbs. Season. Add sugar. Serve!
