  • 300 g chicken breasts
  • 150 ml cream
  • 100g carrots
  • 50g French beans
  • 50g peas
  • 50g sweet corn
  • Salt and pepper.


Cut the chicken into pieces and put in the food processor bowl with the cream, salt and pepper.

Mix for 2 mins at high speed.

Dice the carrots and beans.

Cook all the vegetables for 5 mins in the steaming bowl. Gently mix the vegetables and chicken together.

Fill 4 buttered ramekin dishes.

Cover with clingwrap and cook for 20 mins in the steaming bowl.

Allow to cool.

Turn out into a plate.
