Create the perfect mayonnaise in an instant!

Unlike the cutting discs, this emulsifying accessory is placed at the bottom of the bowl before putting in the ingredients. Replace the lid and start the food processor.
Thanks to this disc, you can emulsify delicious recipes such as mayonnaise or Chantilly cream.
It takes approximately 30 seconds to get cream and approximately 1 minute for Chantilly cream.
Make sure to clean the disk after each use by washing it in the dishwasher or under the tap.
