  • 1 fresh trout (700g)
  • 100g butter
  • Wheat flour
  • 1 lemon
  • Fresh parsley
  • 2 lemons
  • 2 cloves garlic
  • Salt and pepper to taste


Thoroughly wash and dry the trout, then cut into slices. Season with salt and pepper.

Mix all the ingredients for the marinade and then add the trout slices. Leave them to marinate for two hours.

Taking one slice at a time, coat each one in flour. Then pour a tablespoon of oil into the ActiFry and start frying the trout slices. Garnish with chopped parsley just before serving.
